As a main sponsor of Crankworx 2023 in Whistler, Maxxis had a huge footprint and lots of supporting needs for their two story tent. We designed the space plan and built custom fixtures for the ground level tire display area, as well as the second-floor VIP area with great views of the events. Our branding team created graphics for everything from the tent walls, to branded swag, to signage and fliers to get attendees psyched about all of Maxxis’ planned events throughout the week. Additionally, we helped source apparel and swag items and coordinate a custom beer can partnership with local brewery The Beer Farmers. Our team was on site throughout the week to assist the Maxxis crew as needed, and do a little shredding of our own in between.
